Placing an Order
At Chemo-Couture, many of our items are either manufactured using our own designs or are handmade at the time of order.  Please allow 15 business days for items to be prepared and shipped.

When you are ready to place your order, simply add items to the shopping bag and proceed to our secured checkout system using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.  Payment information is transmitted through SSL encryption technology and will be completed through our website.  If you need assistance in placing an order, feel free to contact us via email located on the Contact Us page.

Designs and Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to showcase our products as clearly and accurately as possible, however, please understand that colors and lighting may vary according to the type of computer monitor on which the items are displayed.

At Chemo-Couture, nearly each piece in our Sterling Silver jewelry collection features an original hand-stamped design; therefore, no two items will be exactly the same.  Likewise, our exquisite raw silk scarves, which are hand woven in Northern Thailand, may contain slight variations in color and texture according to the growing conditions of the silkworms.

Shipping
Chemo-Couture is proud to offer complimentary shipping on all of our items.  Your order will be carefully packed and delivered to our partners at the United States Postal Service, at which time you will receive a tracking number via email serving as confirmation that your items have been shipped.  Please note that time-in-transit is in addition to the packaging of your order.

Neither international shipping nor rush orders are available at this time.

Taxes
Chemo-Couture, LLC is required to collect all applicable state and local sales taxes.

Return Policy
If you are anything less than thrilled with our products, please contact us via email, so that our Concierge may provide you with an authorization number to assist you with your return.  Chemo-Couture will gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory item(s) if we receive it back in our offices within 15 days of delivery.  Once we have received your return, we will issue a credit to our website for the initial purchase price.  The credit may be used for any item from our website within 12 months of issue.  Please note that we do not offer a credit back to your charge card and that your return shipping fees will not be included in the credit.

Returns cannot be issued on customized "Team" or personalized items.  If an item has been made in error, please contact our Concierge immediately for assistance.

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  We ask that you retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Medical Disclaimer
Our Bella Lucce spa products are formulated with natural ingredients designed to be especially mild, though some individuals may still experience a reaction when using a new product.  Please review the ingredient label before using and if you experience irritation, please discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified physician.

All of our Chemo-Couture jewelry is made from non-coated, .925 Sterling Silver.  If you have experienced an allergic reaction to silver, we do not recommend wearing these products.
